MoveMap is an independent real-estate listing aggregator and Telegram notification service. It is operated by an individual (not a registered company). For any data-related questions, contact [email protected].

1. What data we process

Service-user data:

• your Telegram ID, first name, last name, username and profile photo (received from Telegram when you use the bot);
• your interface language and notification settings;
• your subscription filters, favorites, search history and anonymized behavioral analytics used to run the service.

Data from public listings: we aggregate listings from public sources (Chotot, public Facebook pages and groups, public Telegram channels). Such listings may contain contact details published by their authors (e.g. a phone number). We are not the author of these listings.

2. How we use it

• to match and deliver listings according to your filters;
• to translate listing text (via a third-party machine-translation provider);
• to operate and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-party services (processors)

• Telegram — message delivery and authentication;
• machine-translation provider (e.g. OpenAI) — translating listing text;
• hosting provider — data storage.

4. Cross-border transfers

Data may be processed on servers outside Vietnam and outside your country of residence. By using the service you consent to such processing.

5. Retention

We keep your user data while you use the service. You can delete your data at any time (see section 6). Listing data may be removed as it becomes stale.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. You can delete your data:

• in the Telegram bot: “⚙️ Settings” → “🗑 Delete my data”;
• or by emailing [email protected].

If you authored a listing and want it removed from the service, contact us and we will remove it.

7. Cookies and local storage

The site uses technical cookies and localStorage (e.g. for your chosen language and theme). These are necessary for the interface to work.

8. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 16.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page with its update date.
