Tucked away on the second floor of a small house in an alley, Ngọt Cafe is not in a highly visible spot, but it’s the kind of place people remember for a long time. You’ll feel at ease from the very first moments — warm, gentle light filters through the window frames, and a soft coffee aroma lingers in the air. Together, they create a relaxing feeling, as if you’ve just found a temporary refuge from the bustle of the city. Ngọt’s space is neatly contained in a small room with a lovely balcony, where you can sit alone without feeling lonely, or chat with friends without worrying about being disturbed. Privacy, quiet, and comfort are what the cafe does very well — as if Ngọt were made for those who love a slower pace and tend toward introversion. As for the menu, the cafe offers drinks that are distinctive enough to have character, yet still very approachable. If you like coffee, you can try Ngọt Kẹo — a smooth coffee layer beneath a rich salted cream, accented by the light sweetness of sugar candy. Want something lighter? The homemade lotus seed milk is an ideal choice, with a nutty aroma and gentle sweetness. There’s also lychee cold brew with a refreshing, cooling taste, and assorted spring rolls that are just filling enough for a light bite without weighing you down.
